What to eat at work?



I know lots of people spend most of the day at work and sometimes we forgot to eat properly. That's the reason most of people gain weight fast. I was the summer in this situation every day out for food most of the times was at the night. One of those days passed I realized that there are simply ways to fed correctly with no doubt.



  • Eat Breakfast: Lots of people skip this meal because of the big pressure. Sometimes we forgot to eat properly and we consume lots of carbohydrates and sugar, so it's really important to fill the stomach before work. A nutrition body changes the mood(anti-stress,active), strength (bones, teeth,nails), healthy heart.For those who want to eat something quick and nutritional, prefer two oatmeal crackers with a spread of honey and sprinkle cinnamon, this will boost your body.
  • Drink water: Never forget to hydrate your body, water helps for lose weight, hair growing, healthy skin.Tip! For those who are not drink much water I suggest to throw some fruits/vegetables (cucumber & lemon perfect match) or (grafefruit & blueberries). 2nd Tip! Use a straw while you are drinking water, you will drink much faster.
  • Snack at your break: enter in your daily meal fruits or nuts, fruits full of energy ( banana contain vitamin B6 which is one of the best source of manganese, regenerate the blood cycle, makes nail and hair stronger).
  • Spicy tea: After long day it's time for a cup of tea. Prefer a spicy tea with cinnamon & ginger, that immediately will boost your digestion and detox your body.
